From £12,000 for 12 months
24 one-to-one coaching and strategy sessions, unlimited focus or fire-fighting sessions, unlimited messaging, a written summary after every session, a living business plan with quarterly reviews, and your Private Coaching Portal. A small number of places, by discovery call.

Pay in full, spread the fee over 12 monthly payments, or choose Pay As You Grow and defer part of the fee until the end of the 12 months.

Share the success
If you would like to, you can add a profit-related success fee of 5% of the profit growth above your natural growth rate. Nothing is owed unless you grow faster than you would have anyway.
Clients have typically seen a profit uplift of at least 3 times the fees they paid, alongside lower stress, a clearer plan and a more efficient business. Based on client results measured against fees paid. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Pay As You Grow
This is not a debt. It is a commitment.
If you would rather tie most of your investment to results, defer part of the fee until the end of the 12 months. The deferred balance is only payable if every agreed target has been hit, including the money being in the bank. If the targets are not achieved, the deferred balance does not become due. When you win, we both win.

How it works. The examples are on the standard £12,000 fee and the targets are agreed with you in writing before you start. Other splits can be agreed on your discovery call.
The optional success fee
Only on growth you would not have had anyway.
We begin by working out how much your profit has grown on its own, on average, over the last three years. That is your natural growth rate. The success fee is 5% of any profit growth above that, and nothing on growth you would have had anyway.

Do I need to do the Foundation Course first?
No. If you've done it you'll feel right at home, and if you're new, the introduction gives you the essentials.

How much does the iCan Grow programme cost?
The one-to-one programme is from £12,000 for 12 months. It includes 24 one-to-one coaching and strategy sessions, unlimited focus sessions and messaging, a written summary after every session and your Private Coaching Portal. You can pay in full, spread it over 12 monthly payments, or use Pay As You Grow.
What is Pay As You Grow?
You defer 25%, 50% or 75% of the fee until the end of the 12 months. The deferred balance is only payable if all your agreed targets have been hit, including the money being in the bank. If they are not achieved, it does not become due. The 50% option is the most popular, for example 12 monthly payments of £500 followed by £6,000 at the end.
What is the optional success fee?
It is 5% of your profit growth above your natural growth rate, which we work out from the average of your last three years. For example, if you would normally grow profit by £10,000 a year and you grow it by £20,000, the fee is 5% of the extra £10,000, which is £500.
What is iCan Mastermind?
It is a business group of up to 12 owner-managed businesses at £297 a month, on a 12 month engagement. You get a weekly mastermind session, guest speakers, shared goal boards, strategic check-ins with a coach and access to the Foundation and iCan Grow courses.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Every option can be spread over 12 monthly payments. Terms are agreed in writing on a discovery call.
